USERcycle Pricing
Unlike other analytics products, you don't pay by events tracked, but by the number of active customers you retain.
We believe charging by events penalizes you for wanting to track more information about your customers and it's backwards cost-based versus value-based pricing.
Our promise is to help you retain more of your customers so it made sense to align our pricing against value you can both measure and understand.
| Monthly price | $100 | $200 | $500 | $1,000 | $2,000 |

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Monthly Active User?
A user who logs back into your app at least once per month.
What if I don't know how many monthly active users I have?
The first 30-days of user activity are on us. After that we'll track your Monthly Active Users (MAU) for you.
We’ll bill your credit card every month, based on the MAU in your account, and automatically adjust your
monthly fee as your customer base grows or shrinks.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
USERcycle is a month to month service. There is no contract or long term obligation.
You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again.
How long does integration take?
Events are pushed to USERcycle using a single REST based method which can be called either from your frontend
using a few lines of Javascript code or from your backend servers using the preferred language of your choice.
The dashboard is rendered in near-real time and coupled with how cohorts work, you can start benchmarking your
application as soon as a day's worth of user data has been collected.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our online payment system.
Where can I review the terms of service and privacy policy?
Here are our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
